Vincere.AI is an AI and technology agency headquartered in Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. In this policy, "we" means Vincere.AI, the controller of the data processed on this website.

What data the website processes

Diagnosis: your diagnosis answers (industry, team size, pains and the numbers entered in the sliders) stay only in your browser while you use the page. Today they are not sent to or stored by Vincere.

WhatsApp and email: when you click "I want that money back", "Chat on WhatsApp" or the email link, the diagnosis summary goes in the message text, and you decide whether to send it. From then on, WhatsApp's or your email provider's policies also apply.

Technical data: like any website, the hosting provider logs technical access data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and operation.

What we use it for

Replying to your contact, preparing the diagnosis call and the proposal, and keeping the website secure and running.

Legal bases

Under the LGPD (art. 7) and the GDPR (art. 6): your consent when you send us a message, taking steps prior to a contract at your request, and legitimate interest in the security and operation of the website.

Who we share it with

Providers that keep the website running, such as hosting and font services. We don't sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Only for as long as needed for the purpose of each piece of data or to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You can request confirmation, access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, under the LGPD (art. 18) and the GDPR (arts. 15 to 22). Just write to hello@vincereai.tech.

Changes to this policy

If the website starts storing diagnoses or using ad measurement tools, this policy will be updated beforehand.
